The Solution – Cascade Protection Network

The Optimal SineTamer® Protection Network consists of installing various types of protection units, strategically located at specific points where the critical equipment is located. These are known as levels 1 and 2, where an equipment failure can be lethal!

LA & RM Units

Features:-

  • The LA and the RM units ( 3 phase ) are – frequency attenuation – internally current and thermally fused – UL94V
  • The LA is a true 10 mode device, while the RM is a seven mode unit.
  • Various options are available and various peak surge currents.
  • The LA-ST Family & RM-ST Series are both a versatile and effective surge protective device (SPD) designed especially for cost sensitive applications.
  • These SPDs are intended for sensitive and critical load applications at service entrances, branch panels, control panels, and individual equipment disconnects.
  • They are effective at mitigating externally generated high-energy impulses and internally generated transient voltage events.

LA-ST Protection Styles

  • Ten (10) (10-mode device considering a 3-phase WYE power supply)
  • Six (6) (6-mode device considering a 3-phase DELTA power supply)
  • Five (5) (5-mode device considering a Split phase –2 L+N+G)
  • Three (3) (3-mode device considering a 1 phase power supply –1 L-N-G)

RM-ST Protection Styles

  • Seven (7) (7-mode device considering a 3-phase WYE power supply)
  • Six (6) (6-mode device considering a 3-phase DELTA power supply)

Individual Circuit Units

  • The SineTamer ST-SPT devices ( Single Phase ) provide the best ring wave transient protection available for a device of its type.
  • These devices are intended for single 120, 240, 380 or 480 VAC circuit applications at locations feeding sensitive/critical equipment.
  • It is extremely effective in limiting transients generated inside the facility and is an absolute must on circuits feeding critical microprocessor based equipment.
  • It boasts a robust 120kA per phase peak surge current rating on all models.
  • This device is unique in that it is designed as a stand-alone surge suppression device and requires no special enclosure when used outside an existing enclosure or cabinet.
  • Its compact size makes installation a breeze and the warranty is the best in the industry.
  • Add to that, dedicated “all mode” Frequency Attenuation Network and completely encapsulated Optimal Response Network, and you get a device that defines effective and reliable surge suppression.
